Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on Pocket Pixels or booking our live event photo booth, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before submitting your order or payment.

2. Custom Print Orders & Image Quality

  • Customer File Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring uploaded images have sufficient resolution for printing. While our team performs basic cropping adjustments, blurry or pixelated low-resolution originals will reflect in print output.
  • Color Calibration: Slight variations in colors may occur between device screens (RGB) and physical photo print media (CMYK). This is a natural characteristic of physical printing.
  • Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to decline printing any material that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringes on third-party copyrights.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and printed within 24 to 48 hours following payment verification.
  • Transit Timelines: Courier delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days depending on destination location across India.
  • Free Delivery Eligibility: Free shipping is provided on orders meeting the minimum order threshold (e.g., ₹100 or 20+ prints) or on specific products designated with free delivery (such as Fridge Magnets). Otherwise, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applied at checkout.
  • Accurate Address: Customers must ensure their shipping address and contact telephone number are accurate. Delays resulting from incorrect addresses are not the responsibility of Pocket Pixels.

4. Cancellation & Replacement Policy

  • Custom Goods Exception: Because all prints and magnets are customized specifically to your uploaded pictures, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once printing production has commenced.
  • Damaged in Transit / Defects: In the rare event your order arrives bent, damaged, or with manufacturing defects, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package. We will promptly reprint and dispatch a replacement free of charge.

5. Live Event Photo Booth Bookings

  • Inquiry & Confirmation: Submitting a live event booking request via our booking portal checks calendar availability. A booking is formally confirmed once our coordinator verifies event details with you directly.
  • Venue Requirements: The event organizer must provide a stable 230V power supply outlet and sheltered space for setup at the event location.
  • Rescheduling: If your event date changes, please give at least 5 days notice so we can accommodate your new date subject to calendar availability.
