When you upload pictures to Pocket Pixels to print polaroids or magnets:

• Strict Fulfillment Use: Your photos are accessed exclusively by our print production team for cropping, color balancing, and printing on physical media.
• Zero Third-Party Sharing: We never share, sell, distribute, or license your uploaded pictures to any advertising partner, social media channel, or data broker.
• No Public Showcasing Without Consent: We will never post customer photos as examples on our website or social media unless explicit written permission is obtained from you first.
• Retention & Deletion: Printed order images are archived and deleted after fulfillment to free up server storage. You may request immediate deletion of your folder at any point by contacting our support team.

3. Information We Collect

To process your orders and book events, we collect:

• Contact Information: Your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and physical shipping address for dispatching prints.
• Order Details: Product type, dimensions, quantity, order date, and special instructions.
• Payment Information: Transaction reference IDs (UTR numbers) or payment confirmation records. We do not process or store sensitive credit card or net banking credentials on our servers.

We employ standard security protocols to safeguard customer folders and personal details from unauthorized access, accidental alteration, or disclosure. All transmission between your browser and our website is protected using encrypted HTTPS.

You retain full ownership of your photographs. At any time, you can:

• Request confirmation of whether your files are still retained on our servers.
• Request immediate purge of your customer order folder.
